• How long can I stay on the Kate Morgan Weight Loss Program?

    There is no set time for this program. It is recommended that you stay on the program until you have reached your goal weight.

  • How does the program work?

    The Kate Morgan program works by reducing your total calorie intake to approximately 1200 calories per day, specifically reducing the volume of fat and carbohydrates, while at the same time bolstering vitamins and minerals to compensate for the loss of these in the reduced volume of food. The meal replacement formulas also act to reduce hunger and when the program is adhered to you can expect to lose weight safely and steadily.

  • Do I have to weigh in each week?

    No you don’t have to; however, it is recommended that you do so that you can track your progress.

  • How much does it cost to get started?

    The Kate Morgan Weight Loss Program is very affordable. Membership is FREE To get started we recommend that you purchase the Kate Morgan Food Guide, Kate Morgan Program Guide and Kate Morgan Shaker. Then you need to select 2 meal replacements per day while on the program.

  • Will I experience any side effects on the program?

    There are some minor symptoms you may feel when first starting the program. The three most common are; headaches, bad breath and constipation. 1. Some people will experience minor headaches for 3-4 days. Drink plenty of water and generally the symptoms should disappear after a few days. If they persist, or if the symptoms are serious see your doctor. 2. Bad breath is a highly likely outcome of the process of ketosis. It won’t do you any harm; just have some breath fresheners on hand. 3. Constipation is also common. Taking the fibre that is available with the program should alleviate this and make you feel more comfortable. If you have any symptoms other than these please talk to your consultant or see your doctor.

  • What if I miss taking my sachet?

    Don’t worry about it as it has happened and you can’t change it. Just continue with the program as if you did not miss a sachet.

  • How do I use the meal replacement sachet?

    All you need to do is mix it with 200 – 250 mls of water and shake until the sachet contents are completely dissolved.

  • How many flavours are available in the shake range?

    There are a variety of shake flavours in the range ie: Chocolate, Berry, Cappuccino, Vanilla, Banana, Pine Lime and Butterscotch.

  • What other products are in the range?

    There is also a tomato soup, Chocolate and Vanilla European Cremes and a great tasting Double Chocolate Meal replacement bar. The Kate Morgan range has plenty of variety, so you will never get bored!

  • Do I need to take supplements while I am on the program?

    This is not compulsory however many people report a benefit from taking supplements.

  • What happens if I have a function and can’t follow the diet for one day?

    Try to eat as healthy as possible with the food that is available at the function and continue taking your sachets and supplements. Try to limit alcohol. It’s easy to think of a “special reason” to break the diet nearly every day. You must stick with the program to get the benefits. They’re worth it!

  • I have been on several diets before that have failed so why is this program different to others and why will it work?

    This program is different as it is scientifically based and easy to use. The meal replacement sachets can be taken at any place at any time. They are quick and easy to use and also contain all of your necessary vitamins and minerals. Not only is this product convenient but it tastes good and will leave you feeling full until your next meal.

  • Are Kate Morgan meal replacements gluten free?

    The meal replacements may contain traces of Gluten.

  • Do I have to exercise while I am on the program?

    Exercise is not necessary to achieve weight loss while on the program, however we will encourage you to participate in some gentle activity as you begin to lose some weight.

  • Can I snack on the program?

    Yes, on the program you are allowed 2 pieces of fruit (refer to the food guide for list of allowable fruit). There are also extras that you can eat at any time of the day should you be feeling hungry. You are also allowed one other snack per day,which can be chosen from the list of snacks in the food guide. We regularly communicate new snack ideas to keep your snacks varied.

  • Can I drink tea and coffee on the program?

    You can drink tea and coffee while on the program. We would recommend having a maximum of 3 cups per day with sweetener to replace sugar and a dash of low fat milk if required.
