• 1 cup brown rice
    • 150 gram salmon fillet
    • 1/4 avocado, sliced
    • Edamame beans
    • Spinach leaves
    • Pickled ginger
    • Chopped spring onion
    • Sesame seeds
    • Lime
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • Pickled seaweed


Cook rice according to instructions found on the pack.

Prepare ingredients by slicing the avocado, chopping the spring onion and combining the soy sauce, sesame oil and lime together in a separate bowl.

Lay the rice on the bottom of the bowl and cover with the salmon and other salad components. Dress with the soy, lime and sesame sauce prepared earlier and eat.
