• 1 cup black rice
    • 95 gram can of tun
    • 1/4 avocado, sliced
    • Sliced cucumber
    • Pickled ginger
    • Sliced red capsicum
    • Grated carrot
    • Chopped green onion
    • Sesame seeds
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Freshly squeezed lime
    • Handful of bean sprouts


Cook rice according to instructions found on the pack.

Prepare ingredients by slicing the avocado, cucumber and red capsicum, finely chopping the green onion and red cabbage and grating the carrot.

Lay the rice on the bottom of the bowl and cover with the tuna, bean sprouts and ingredients prepared in the previous step. Finally, top with the sesame seeds, olive oil and fresh lime juice to complete the meal.
