Ingredients
- ½ red capsicum
- ½ green capsicum
- 2 stalks of celery
- ½ red onion
- 4 small mushrooms
- 1 tbspn white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspn dijon mustard juice of ½ an orange
Method
Cut vegetables into largish chunks and toss together. Mix vinegar, mustard and orange juice together and stir through the salad.
