Ingredients

  • 1 small fennel bulb
  • 1 peeled orange
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Method

Finely slice the fennel and onion. Cut orange into chunks. Toss together and sprinkle with vinegar.
