Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoon chopped chives
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
Gently cook garlic in a non-stick pan. Stir in lemon juice, coriander and cayenne pepper. Remove from heat.Combine mushrooms, parsley and chives in a bowl. Pour lemon mixture over and refrigerate for a while before serving.
