Salt & Pepper Squid_61 A

Ingredients

  • 120g small calamari, cleaned and halved
  • ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • grind of pepper

Method

Mix chilli, salt and pepper together and dust calamari with the mixture. Heat a non-stick pan and quickly cook squid for 30 seconds each side.
