Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 sachet Kate Morgan Meal Replacement Formula vanilla flavour

Method

Blend the spinach with the water until all leafy chunks are gone.

Add the banana, apple and sachet of Kate Morgan Meal Replacement Formula and blend until smooth and creamy.

If desired, Add 1/4 ripe avocado for an extra dose of potassium, healthy fats and fibre or a desert spoon of pumpkin seeds or chia seeds (or both) for extra nutrients.
